Use WiX to make a binary registry entry

You can use Registry Element to make a registry entry with WiX.

http://wix.sourceforge.net/manual-wix2/wix_xsd_registry.htm

To make a value with type="binary", you put hex numeric sequence in Value attribute.

<Registry Id="registry2" Root="HKCR" Key="XXX" Name="XXX" Value="1122aabb" Type="binary" />

Then it creates a registry entry with a value of 0x11 0x22 0xaa 0xbb.
